Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

Welcome to Wisely Arcade. By playing our games, you agree to these simple terms.

Free for everyone

All games on Wisely Arcade are free to play for personal, non-commercial use. You don't need an account, and we hope you'll never need one.

Play fair, be kind

Don't try to break, hack, or disrupt the site or its games. High scores are just for fun — they're stored in your own browser, so there's nothing to cheat but yourself.

Our content

The games, text, and design on this site are our original work. You're welcome to share links to our games, but please don't copy our games or content onto other websites without permission — ask us first.

For parents

We design our games to be family-safe: no accounts, no chat, no data collection. Still, we encourage parents to supervise young children's time online, as with any website.

No warranties

Games are provided "as is". We do our best to keep everything working smoothly, but we can't guarantee the site will always be available or bug-free.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
